Belgian Four Hand Collaboration Dinner


CasCades chef Nic Vanderbeeken was collaborating with one of Europe’s great chefs to provide a magical experience for one night only at the Viceroy. Vincent Florizoone, a member of Jeune Restaurateur d’Europe, has worked alongside Michelin greats such as Alfonso Iaccarino in Sorrento, Italy and Ferran Adrià at el Bulli in Spain.
