Do I have to book in advance for CasCades restaurant?

Bookings are advisable, particularly for dinner or large groups, and can be made via the website, phone or email. However, CasCades does accept walk-ins for dining when there is availability. For drinks only at CasCades bar there is a minimum spend of Rp. 300,000++ per person.

 

How far is Ubud from Seminyak?

Ubud is approximately 1 – 1.5 hour drive from Seminyak depending on time of day and traffic. Whilst Ubud can be a day trip for lunch or dinner, it is also a great town to explore and we would recommend looking at staying for 2-3 days.

 

What are the best places to eat in Ubud?

This depends on yours tastes and price range, Ubud is considered the culinary capital of Bali. CasCades restaurant has a fantastic selection of Balinese and Western food, with stunning jungle views that are a must see when coming to Ubud. Aperitif restaurant & bar is a fine dining fanfare with a grand dining room and 1930’s style cocktail bar. Both are located 10 minute drive from the centre of Ubud.

Yes, we have many dishes that are vegan, vegetarian or have the option of being changed to vegan/vegetarian. We source most of our vegetables and herbs from our own organic greenhouse and gardens.
