As one of the few restaurants in Ubud with an organic greenhouse, CasCades sources an abundance of fresh herbs and vegetables from our very own gardens; however we also acquire the finest produce from around the globe, including Australian wagyu beef, New Zealand lamb, and French duck. The greenhouse is overseen by our Head Chef Yusuf.

This was the best meal we had in Ubud. We had the rice paper rolls and steak tartare for starter and the braised beef and lamb for main. The braised beef and lamb were the best we have ever tasted considering we come from Ireland and the beef and lamb there is great too. The service was exceptional and the staff were very friendly. Honestly, this meal was 10/10 and we would definitely recommend.

The food was very fresh and delicious, I was particularly impressed by the snapper! A very relaxing environment with nice view and had a great evening with my wife. Although I stayed in the hotel next door, but the reception staff offered a free ride back to my hotel so I didn’t have to walk in the dark! I would definitely stay in this hotel if visit Bali again.

Highly recommended restaurant. Delicious food, great choice from local to international cuisine. Helpful, attentive, smiling and kind staff. Special thanks to Tutik and Hendra. Try Indonesian set dinner and grilled octopus for stater. You will love them. Tips: enjoy Balinese dance show with famous dancer Dewa Irawan (the only Indonesian male dancer who performs both male and female style dance) every Wednesday at this restaurant.

The best place in Tegallalang area! Got a special table for the anniversary, closest view to the jungle and Forest Not only the scenery was amazing but the dishes too. We took the Bali tasting, comes with 10 different courses, very refined cuisine Could not find another place in Bali combining such excellent cuisine+landscape! The staff made an amazing table decoration. Big thanks to Agung and the Team, very dedicated and explained each meal perfectly.
