To many, CasCades Bali Restaurant of Viceroy Bali is revered for its superb dishes - both in taste and presentation. This is partly thanks to our continual training of our kitchen through collaborations with Michelin Star chefs. Keeping with this tradition, April 2017 will see CasCades host 2∗∗ Michelin chef Soenil Bahadoer. Soenil is the Chef Patron of Restaurant De Lindehof, a gastronomic wonderland located in Nuenen, the Netherlands. His cooking is typified by creativity, exotic influences and a thorough understanding of the basic cooking techniques. An exotic signature dish of Chef Soenil’s is the Rendang (Indian pot roast), combined with ginger beer, cabbage, kimchi, miso powder, potato with curry, and white soy. Chef Soenil will work alongside CasCades’ executive chef Nic Vanderbeeken for an exciting two dinners collaboration that absolutely not to be missed!
