Firmly rooted in the classical French style, the menu offers such treasures CasCades designs six-course degustation menus for the truly adventurous palate. Starting with the Trilogy Gourrmand consisting of duck liver terrine mi-cuit, crab and fennel delight and fondue of pimiento del piquillo which continues with the coco bean soup served with fresh water prawn and truffle oil. Followed with the slice lamb loin with stuffed baby egg plant, goat cheese, caramelized pear and provencal jus and closed with pain, raw milk cheese selection with condiments and walnut bread. Not to forget the dessert of trio of apple cavados, caramel and fromage blanc ice cream which is a must try!
