This singular restaurant, set on The Viceroy Bali's stunning ravine side property, in Ubud, is serving what I, and a couple of very well travelled epicureans, can only observe as The best food on Bali. Haute cuisine, with all the trimmings of the very best of French, is being created daily, and very organically, by David Sosson and his outstanding team.

This is one luncheon that will stay in my flavour memory nodes forever!
