Festive Gala Dinners for Christmas and New Year's Eves

The festive season has arrived and CasCades Restaurant helps you celebrate both Christmas eve and New Year's eve in style.

Our Gala Christmas Dinner features the Viceroy Eggnog alongside a meal that includes foie gras terrine, oysters, smoked trout, king prawns, lamb, Bering sea king crab and quail. Besides the usual Christmas pudding, there is also a cherry tart and truffles selection. For the full menu, visit here.

Our Gala New Year's eve Dinner is equally enticing, with an option of wine pairing. Canapés precede dinner, where the highlight is a seafood platter of Beluga caviar, oysters, smoked salmon, clams, lobster, Bering sea king crab, scallops and king prawns. As no celebration is complete without live music, we have the Jolly Jingles Jazz Band performing during the Christmas Dinner, while the Viceroy 7-Piece Jazz Band entertains during the New Year's Eve Dinner. Expect party favours, confetti and loads of dancing after dinner!

Cost of Gala Christmas Dinner is US$150++ per person. Dinner begins at 7pm on Friday 24 December.

Cost of Gala New Year's Eve Dinner with wine pairing is US$300++ per person and US$200++ without wine pairing.
