Red, White & More Wines by the Glass

While some restaurants offer only one red and white variety for their wine by the glass, CasCades Restaurant offers more than wine.

There is sparkling wine of the Parellada, Macabeo and Xarello varieties from the Brut Reserva label of Spain's Juve & Camps, and a sparkling Shiraz from the Naked Range label of Australia's Jansz Estate vineyard.

Sweeter notes are provided by Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and Muscadelle varieties from French label Villa de Plassan Chateau de Plassan, and completed with National, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca varieties of Portuguese label, Graham's Ruby Port.

Not forgetting our House whites, which are an Eighth Row Chardonnay from South Australia's Aldinga Bay, and a Cellar Door Chenin Blanc from the South African Villiera Wine Estates. House reds are a Celebration Cabernet Sauvignon from France's Domaine de La Tuilerie, and a Ernie Els Guardian Park Merlot from Engelbrecht Els Vineyards in South Africa.

Count them, and you will realise that is a total of 8 different types of wine to choose from! With so many wine by the glass to choose from, you will definitely have to return often a few times to go through the list. Only then can you begin on the other 152 different wines in our extensive list.
