Relish Fresh Tuna with Our Chef's Special Sauce
The Indian Ocean is a bountiful source of seafood for Bali. Each day, the fresh catch is transported in to the kitchens of restaurants and eateries around the island, and served as a delectable dish on the same day.
The yellow fin tuna is a fish with naturally sweet fresh. At CasCades Restaurant, we enhance its flavour by serving it raw as a tartar and tossed in a wasabi mayonnaise sauce (a special recipe by our chef). The result is a refreshingly unique dish, accompanied by green mixed leaves and crispy potatoes. Complete the course with a glass of Sauvignon Blanc or even champagne.
