A cocktail is always a pleasant lead-up to a meal, especially dinner. For those who enjoy timeless drinks, we have a range of classic cocktails for you to choose from.

The Brandy Alexander (VSOP cognac, crème de caca, cream) provides a strong pick-me-up while the familiar Margarita (tequila, Triple Sec Curacao, lime juice) is always a crowd pleasure. Sweeter concoctions like Sex on the Beach (vodka, crème de cassis, peach, orange, cranberry) and Daiquiri (choose from classic, strawberry, mango, banana) will definitely appeal to the ladies.

But if you want something more traditional, our bartenders can also mix up Caipirinha, Long Island, Pina Colada, Mai Tai, Mojito and Singapore Sling.
