A Taste of Indonesia
You can explore Indonesia through the nation's cuisine, and you can easily do so with the Indonesian Tasting Menu at CasCades Restaurant.
You will be able to sample well-known dishes like the Indonesian vegetable spring roll, soto ayam Madura (traditional soup with chicken, quail egg and rice noodles), beef rendang (Sumatran-style beef braised in a coconut sauce and chilli), and babi panggang (spare pork ribs seasoned with Balinese spices and braised then grilled). A selection of Balinese desserts and coffee or tea completes the dining experience.
